Welcome to the MyOrder Affiliate Program. By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. This program allows you to earn commissions by referring new customers to our platform.

1. Eligibility

To join the MyOrder Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Own a valid website, blog, or social media platform
• Comply with applicable laws and these terms

2. How It Works

• Once approved, you’ll receive a unique affiliate link.
• You promote MyOrder using your link.
• When someone clicks your link and makes a valid purchase, you earn a commission.
• Commissions are tracked via cookies (valid for 30 days after the first click).

3. Commission Structure

• You earn a commission on each successful order placed via your link.
• Commission rates vary depending on product category and campaign.
• Bonus incentives may be offered during promotions or peak seasons.

4. Payouts

• Payments are made monthly, provided you reach the minimum payout threshold (e.g., ₦5,000).
• Payouts are made via bank transfer or other approved payment methods.
• You must provide accurate bank details and identification for verification.

5. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must NOT:

• Use false or misleading claims about MyOrder
• Promote on adult, illegal, or harmful websites
• Use spam or unauthorized email marketing
• Create fake transactions or misuse referral links
• Use paid ads that bid on MyOrder trademarks or URLs

Violation of these rules may lead to account suspension and forfeiture of commissions.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account at any time for violation of terms, fraudulent activity, or inactivity. Affiliates may also terminate their participation at any time by notifying us.

7. Limitation of Liability

MyOrder is not responsible for loss of earnings due to tracking issues, payment delays, or technical errors beyond our control. Participation is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

We may modify this policy at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on our website. Continued participation after changes indicates acceptance.
